The Michigan Downtown Conference will publish five take-away points for each speaker, which will be included in the printed agenda distributed to all attendees. These points should be brief and serve as a reference for the top five points attendees should expect from your presentation.
Handouts
The Michigan Downtown Conference will reproduce one-page handout materials received by July 1, 2011. If you are unable to submit your handout materials by this date, please phone Erin Dwyer at 734.677.0503, so that alternative arrangements can be made. Please note, the Michigan Downtown Conference will not reimburse speakers for outside duplication of handouts. Full copies of PowerPoint presentations will not be made, as electronic copies of presentations will be made available to attendees following the conference.
Audio-Visual
A speakers’ table will be available. In order to ensure system and software compatibility, you must bring you own computer for presentations that require one.
Travel Plans
Please indicate when you plan to arrive. Your name badge and materials will be at the conference registration area.
